Patrick Postrehovsky – President, Chief Investment Officer
Patrick is a member of the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) and has successfully completed the CSC and CPH programs and is currently completing his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
As Chief Investment Officer, he has been providing clients with a principled Swiss approach to various investment structures and styles including off-shore investments and insurance structures, equities, fixed-income, commodities trading, ETF’s along with wealth, retirement and estate planning.
Patrick was born and raised in the very heart of one of the leading global financial centers – Zürich, Switzerland. Patrick has lived and worked in Vancouver, Melbourne, Hong Kong, New York and London. Perhaps this explains his unbridled passion for global markets and serving his clients with a global perspective. He is a graduate of Cornell University and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) through a joint program earning his business degree in economics and finance.
Prior to founding Postro Wealth, Patrick provided wealth management advisory and research services to high net-worth clients throughout Europe and North America working with Swiss based Orconsult SA. Patrick’s client service ethos is based on his belief that each client and their financial goals are as unique as the global markets themselves. His focus is built upon conservative principles that deliver security, growth and peace of mind.
For Patrick, working with his clients on their financial path is the very reason he works harder everyday to ensure he provides his client with the freedom to create new opportunities by working in partnership to realize their financial goals.
Outside of the office Patrick has a deep passion for giving back to the community and his involvement extends to numerous causes as part of the Postro Wealth Giving charity and philanthropy program.
Iris Chen – Director, Business Development & Client Services
Iris leads business development and client services at Postro Wealth. She joined the firm in 2010 and is devoted to helping clients expertly manage their wealth.
To grow wealth, Iris believes in a conservative approach with a strong emphasis on risk management and opportunities that focus on long-term strategic growth and capital appreciation.
Iris was born and grew up in Taiwan. She holds an MBA in Investment Management from Pace University, which lies in Lower Manhattan just steps from New York City’s Financial District. During her time at Pace, she studied the collapse of Bear Sterns and Lehman Brothers, and the impact of the financial crisis on the U.S and global economy.
Iris is passionate about bringing clients world-class private banking services that have yet to fully develop in China in addition to connecting Chinese capital with global investment opportunities such as Canadian Energy and Mining projects.
She shares her expertise with clients to ensure they best decide how to manage their wealth. Her greatest pleasure comes from clients’ satisfaction.
Outside the office, Iris enjoys traveling throughout Southeast Asia, India, Mainland China, and the United States to explore different cultures and people.
